Marjorie Luke has 30 years of management experience at both large and small companies, and as a business owner. She held senior leadership positions at CIGNA and was a Founder and Managing Director of Co-Efficiency, LLC, a technology consulting firm.
Marjorie is a respected leader and is recognized for her ability to lead organizations in strategies for competitive advantage. She helps employees internalize business goals in their behaviors and work efforts, resulting in increased market share, improved quality, better customer service, and greater profit. She currently works as a marketing consultant to nonprofits, and works with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations through the Piedmont Chapter of SCORE.
Marjorie is an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and a member of the Connecticut Women’s Alliance. She served on The University of Hartford Barney School of Business Board of Visitors, and the Boards of Foodshare, KIDSAFE CT, The Intensive Education Academy, Dress for Success Hartford, OLLI at Clemson University, and the Clemson Community Foundation.
A Connecticut native and third generation Boston Red Sox fan, Marjorie relocated to South Carolina in 2010. She developed an interest in mill-town baseball history and its contribution to Major League Baseball. She is committed to the preservation of this important part of history, including the legacy of Joe Jackson.
She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and lives in Greenville, South Carolina.
