Nick Hollstegge

Nick is a Vice President at CBRE specializing in advisory and transaction services for industrial properties. Licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, he offers unique insight and solutions for both occupiers and investors in the Greenville-Spartanburg and North Georgia markets. For occupiers ranging from manufacturers to third party logistics firms, Nick leverages his experience and platform to evaluate and efficiently manage his clients’ real estate portfolios. He is responsible for dispositions, site selection, and incentive initiatives for many of his occupier clients. For investors, Nick has a strong background in acquisition analytics, entitlements, and adaptive reuse. He works with both local and national investors to identify opportunities to fill market gaps through ground-up development and value add projects. Nick handles the leasing and sales for landlords and developers throughout the Upstate market.

Nick earned his bachelor’s degree from Furman University where he played baseball. In addition to the Shoeless Joe Jackson Museum, he is also on the Greenville Revitalization Corporation board where he exercises his passion for Greenville’s growth and the advancement of the City’s underserved communities.
